FEATURESThe Fermata is an X-Ray Inspection system designed for pipeline conveyed products. Its high resolution X-ray tube allows it to find small particles of bones, metal, rocks and glass.
This X-Ray Inspection system comes with a variable diameter inspection pipe for accurate and repeatable inspection of product flow. It can be installed with a remote monitor for installation above the floor as an option. With long lasting components our TCO is one of the lowest.

FEATURESThe ScanTrac Largo is a top down x-ray inspection system design for the largest packages and cases.

FEATURESThe MPS 7000 series are industrial continuous band sealers designed for difficult applications or very fast one’s. It can run up to 1000 inches per minute (25.4 m/min) and can seal any heat sealable bag.
This continuous band sealers machines can be fed manually, semi automatically or automatically, additionally they are designed to run 24/7 and can be ordered in Nema 4 or 4x for the harshest environments. In fact, the MPS 7500 includes a 6 ft by 6 inches conveyor to help the sealer with heavier bags.

FEATURESThe ScanTrac Shield Glissando is a side view inspection unit specially designed for high performance glass-in-glass inspection.
The ScanTrac Shield Glissando comes with its own conveyor and thanks to its beam geometry no space between containers is required. Its multiple X-ray tubes create a high amplification image of the bottom of the bottle to detect the smallest glass particles. With long lasting components our TCO is one of the lowest.
The Glissando offers best in class inspection of glass and metal containers without any requirement for any gap between containers.

FEATURESThe Crescendo Peco-InspX is a side view inspection unit specially designed for taller rigid containers such as number 10 cans at the highest speed with the best contaminant detection without any contact with your product.
The CRESCENDO Peco-InspX has 2 high powered X-ray tubes to cover the full container, the height adjustment for the auxiliary tube is electronically controlled and provides the best inspection of the upper part of the container including the fill height inspection. Indeed, the Crescendo mounts over the customer’s existing conveyor, reducing the integration cost and allowing it to run at speeds of 2,000 containers per minute. Finally, with long lasting components our TCO is one of the lowest.

FEATURESOur Vacuum Sealer / Gas flush Sealer are designed to create vacuum or modified atmosphere, or both in order to keep fresh and improve shelf life. With this purpose in mind, it can be used in food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The VGF Series provides indeed high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum sealer and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, so creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that specifically need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion-like buffer to protect contents from damage.
he VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. Moreover the VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute.
