Emplex MPS 6100 continuous band sealers deliver fast, precise, and also strong seals on bags and stand-up pouches. This model offer in fact plug and play capabilities for reliable, easy-to-use performance for a variety of applications in almost most production environments. The MPS 6100 are particularly low maintenance machines with indeed easy access to the seal section and modular components for simple expandability as production needs increase.
This continuous band sealer can deliver hermetic seals on every bag, they are easy to use and to maintain, thanks to modular design you can upgrade your machine as you need to and they are built to last. The MPS6100 is designed to carry up to 2 lb without conveyor, maximum speed is 500 in/min.

FEATURESThe ACS Series Semiautomatic Continuous Band Sealer are designed for easy feeding and in order to provide more productivity to your bag sealing process.
