It can seal any type of heat sealable bag and can be selected as a tabletop or floor stand. It is manufactured in stainless steel and can include validateable and washdown features, it also can fit several nozzles to seal several bags at the same time.

The ACS Series Semiautomatic Continuous Band Sealer are designed for easy feeding and in order to provide more productivity to your bag sealing process. They can be fitted with horizontal conveyors and L-shaped angled conveyors that improve the efficiency of the line. They also can be equipped with automated feeding systems.
The Emplex Semiautomatic continuous band sealer ACS Series certainly delivers high speed, automatic sealing for horizonal as well as angled product handling applications. Multiple standard conveyor lengths, industry leading performance and moreover, flexible loading options meet the most demanding bag sealing needs.
We especially designed The ACS Series continuous bag sealer for operations that require high-level efficiency. Offering the same benefits and design of our classic MPS Series, with performance-enhancing upgrades, basically, the ACS makes sealing automation really simple. The unique V-infeed rail allows for automated bag sealing increasing efficiency and indeed de-creasing labour necessity.
