Liquid nitrogen dosers
Chart designs and manufactures liquid nitrogen dosers for light weighting containers (pressurization), for preservation by reducing the oxygen in the Head Space, for freezing to “lock in” the surface of the products, for this reason, providing stability and support to the product and are use for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life. In addition, we provide vacuum insulated pipe to reduce nitrogen or any cryogenic liquid losses and turnkey systems from tank to the point of use.

FEATURESThe Cryodoser Flex Pack Premier is our high speed model.
It features an interchangeable arm with short and long arm to fit best the filler, the heated thermo purge helps to defrost the nozzle but it also helps on preventive maintenance with the touch of only one button. FEATURESOur Vacuum Sealer / Gas flush Sealer are designed to create vacuum or modified atmosphere, or both in order to keep fresh and improve shelf life. With this purpose in mind, it can be used in food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The VGF Series provides indeed high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum sealer and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, so creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that specifically need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion-like buffer to protect contents from damage.
he VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. Moreover the VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute.

This continuous band sealers machines can be fed manually, semi automatically or automatically, additionally they are designed to run 24/7 and can be ordered in Nema 4 or 4x for the harshest environments.
