FEATURESThe Fermata Trio is an inspection system designed especially for pipeline conveyed products. It has a three beam single high resolution X-ray tube that allows it to find smallest particles of bones, metal, rocks and glass, it improves 60% the detection of foreign material compared to a single beam unit.
The Fermata Trio comes with a variable diameter inspection pipe for accurate and even more, repeatable inspection of product flow. Also it can be installed with a remote monitor for installation above the floor as an option. Indeed with long lasting components our TCO is one of the lowest.

Liquid nitrogen dosers
“Reduce the weight of your package and extend the shelf life of your product with nitrogen.”.
Chart designs and manufactures liquid nitrogen dosers for light weighting containers (pressurization), also for preservation by reducing the oxygen in the Head Space, moreover for freezing to “lock in” the surface of the products providing stability and support to the product. Additionally are use for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life. We provide vacuum insulated pipe in order to reduce nitrogen or any cryogenic liquid losses. Finally we supply turnkey systems from tank to the point of use.

FEATURESThe Cryodoser Flex Pack Premier is our high speed model.
It features an interchangeable arm with short and long arm to fit best the filler, the heated thermo purge helps to defrost the nozzle but it also helps on preventive maintenance with the touch of only one button. FEATURESThe MPS 7000 series are industrial continuous band sealers designed for difficult applications or very fast one’s. It can run up to 1000 inches per minute (25.4 m/min) and can seal any heat sealable bag.
