Emplex manufactures best in class continuous band sealers that will deliver constant hermetically sealed bags at any speed 24 x 7.
It can seal any type of heat sealable bag and can be selected as a tabletop or floor stand. It is manufactured in stainless steel and can include validateable and washdown features, it also can fit several nozzles to seal several bags at the same time.

The MPS 7000 series are industrial sealers especially designed not only for difficult applications but also for very fast one’s. Specifically, it can run up to 1000 inches per minute (25.4 m/min) and also can seal any heat sealable bag.
This Emplex MPS 7000 Series machines actually can be fed manually, semi automatically or automatically, in fact, they are designed to run 24/7 and also can be ordered in Nema 4 or 4x for the harshest environments. Moreover, the MPS 7100 can handle bags of up to 2 lbs. without conveyor.
