This continuous band sealers machines can be fed manually, semi automatically or automatically, additionally they are designed to run 24/7 and can be ordered in Nema 4 or 4x for the harshest environments. The VackPack sealers are impulse sealers with the capability to create vacuum or modify atmosphere by gas flushing; it can combine vacuum and gas flushing to achieve the lowest oxygen level possible. As an option we offer Nema 4 or 4X rating, especially designed for the meat, poultry, seafood, agricultural and chemical industries where a deep cleaning is required. The washdown series are rated Nema 4 for washdown with water only and 4X has corrosion protection particularly for chemicals.
