FEATURESThe VS-1 vacuum and gas flush continuous band sealer is the entry model to our VacPack Series.
The VackPack sealers are impulse sealers with the capability to create vacuum or modify atmosphere by gas flushing; it can combine vacuum and gas flushing to achieve the lowest oxygen level possible. It can seal any type of heat sealable bag and can be selected as a tabletop or floor stand. It is manufactured in stainless steel and can include washdown features.

FEATURESOur Vacuum Sealer / Gas flush Sealer are designed to create vacuum or modified atmosphere, or both in order to keep fresh and improve shelf life. With this purpose in mind, it can be used in food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The VGF Series provides indeed high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum sealer and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, so creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that specifically need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion-like buffer to protect contents from damage.
he VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. Moreover the VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute.
