Chart
Liquid nitrogen dosers
Chart designs and manufactures liquid nitrogen dosers for light weighting containers (pressurization), for preservation by reducing the oxygen in the Head Space, for freezing to “lock in” the surface of the products, for this reason, providing stability and support to the product and are use for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life. In addition, we provide vacuum insulated pipe to reduce nitrogen or any cryogenic liquid losses and turnkey systems from tank to the point of use.

FEATURESThe Cryodoser Flex Pack Premier is our high speed model.
It features an interchangeable arm with short and long arm to fit best the filler, the heated thermo purge helps to defrost the nozzle but it also helps on preventive maintenance with the touch of only one button. It is capable of very accurate doses at speeds up to 2,000 containers per minute and can be supplied with a 150 psi liquid nitrogen source.

FEATURESThe VS-1 vacuum and gas flush continuous band sealer is the entry model to our VacPack Series.
The VackPack sealers are impulse sealers with the capability to create vacuum or modify atmosphere by gas flushing; it can combine vacuum and gas flushing to achieve the lowest oxygen level possible. As an option we offer Nema 4 or 4X rating, especially designed for the meat, poultry, seafood, agricultural and chemical industries where a deep cleaning is required. The washdown series are rated Nema 4 for washdown with water only and 4X has corrosion protection particularly for chemicals. Furthermore, stainless steel 316 is used in control boxes and also electrical enclosure in order to avoid water accumulation in fact, can be positioned away from the sealer for optimal protection.
