FEATURESThe VacPack sealers are impulse sealers with the capability to create vacuum or modify atmosphere by gas flushing; it can combine vacuum and gas flushing to achieve the lowest oxygen level possible.
It can seal any type of heat sealable bag and can be selected as a tabletop or floor stand. It is manufactured in stainless steel and can include validateable and washdown features, it also can fit several nozzles to seal several bags at the same time.

FEATURESThe continuous band sealers MPS 6000 series has been in the market for reliable sealing for over 50 years.
This continuous band sealers are able to deliver hermetic seals on every bag, they are particularly easy to use and to maintain, thanks to modular design you can upgrade your machine as you need to and moreover, they are built to last. Additionally, the MPS 6500 includes a 6 ft by 6 inches conveyor in order to help the sealer with heavier bags.
The MPS 6500 are certainly low maintenance machines with easy access to the seal section and modular components for simple expandability as production needs increase.

FEATURESOur Vacuum Sealer / Gas flush Sealer are designed to create vacuum or modified atmosphere, or both in order to keep fresh and improve shelf life. With this purpose in mind, it can be used in food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The VGF Series provides indeed high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum sealer and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, so creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that specifically need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion-like buffer to protect contents from damage.
he VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. Moreover the VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute.

FEATURESThe ACS 7200 semi automatic Continuous Band Sealer are designed for easy feeding in order to provide markedly more productivity to your bag sealing process. As an option we offer Nema 4 or 4X rating, especially designed for the meat, poultry, seafood, agricultural and chemical industries where a deep cleaning is required. The washdown series are rated Nema 4 for washdown with water only and 4X has corrosion protection particularly for chemicals. Furthermore, stainless steel 316 is used in control boxes and also electrical enclosure in order to avoid water accumulation in fact, can be positioned away from the sealer for optimal protection.
