FEATURESOur Vacuum Sealer / Gas flush Sealer are designed to create vacuum or modified atmosphere, or both in order to keep fresh and improve shelf life. With this purpose in mind, it can be used in food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The VGF Series provides indeed high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum sealer and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, so creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that specifically need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion-like buffer to protect contents from damage.
he VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. Moreover the VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute.

This validatable sealers certainly minimizes human errors by continuously verifying temperature, speed and pressure during productions; amongst its features it has advanced digital controls, alarms and productivity data. These machines in fact can seal any heat sealable material used for medical packaging, also there are options available to verify code, bag orientation or inclination. Finally, the MPS 6700 includes a 6” wide x 6’ length conveyor for carrying products over 1 lb, also for products above 10 lb we offer in this case heavy duty conveyors.
